INTERCESSION: BRIGHTON COURT is a play about the choices we make and the choices that were made for us. Because who really controls their own destiny? What if we could just go back and change that one little thing? This play answers those questions by flinging three very different skins together in a lane in dirty old Dublin. And there’s an Exterminating Angel. With fabulous white plumed wings. Because if you’re getting a second chance it’s because an angel gave it to you. Or a devil. You decide.
INTERCESSION: BRIGHTON COURT takes inspiration from the sights and sounds of contemporary Dublin. Graffiti mixes with Joyce. Slam poetry fights with podcasts, hipster bars, heroin, death and sex. It’s all here, the gorgeous and the grotesque.
