Four Hour Gong Meditation

Anna and Michael are happy to invite you for a 4-hour journey with the sound of gongs. Using many gongs of different sizes and frequencies, we will create a wall of sound that will let you dive into a deep state of relaxation.


Immersion in the sound of gongs will help you to relax, unwind, get connected with your inner self. The state of deep relaxation that you will enter will help your body to promote heal itself and relax your mind. It is a very personal experience, and you may fall asleep as well as stay awake; you may also stay in a state of being half-asleep. The brain moves into Alpha and/or Theta states, which then causes the mind to go into a state of relaxation and everyday stress is simply melted. When the body is relaxed, one can experience lowering blood pressure, pain decreases, general well-being state increases.


The sound of gongs is well known for supporting relaxation, helping with deep fatigue, slowing down 'the monkey brain', promoting the feeling of happiness and connectives within. It also helps to reduce feelings of fear and anxiousness by bringing the body and mind to balance and harmony. It is an effortless state of relaxation, deeply rejuvenating for the bodies and cells, and it may promote unblocking emotions, create a deep sense of peace and well-being for better health. It can enhance happiness, and influence how we feel and function.


During this event, you can lie down, sit, practice yoga, and enjoy the journey of your body and mind toward a state of relaxation and calm.


The participants remain clothed at all times, usually covered with the blanket, lying on a yoga mat while relaxing their heads on the pillow.
