Tantric Hatha Yoga

Meeting Point

Hatha yoga is the most widely known form of yoga. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of developing healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

In tantric hatha yoga we are going beyond the fitness aspect of the practice and we focus on our energetical structure. We learn how to perceive and control this structure. How to concentrate and direct the energy to obtain effects on eh all levels of our being, including emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

The class will take 1.5 hours. It will start with a short introduction and followed by the practice of body postures, breathing exercises and concluded with relaxation. It is dedicated to all, regardless of experience in practicing hatha yoga.
