Curious Gardens Terms and conditions

  • This is an outdoor event, which will go ahead rail, hail or shine so please dress for the weather, for your comfort you may wish to bring blankets / cushions.

  • Each pod ticket will have their own dedicated picnic bench for the duration of the event.

  • Under 18s must be accompanied and supervised by a parent / guardian.

  • Line-up and schedule subject to change.

  • Due to social distancing, limited seating will be allocated for the spoken word tent on a first come, first served basis.

  • Tickets must be booked in advance through our official ticket seller TakeYourSeats and are only valid when purchased from TakeYourSeats.

  • Contactless ticket scanning will be available, please have a printed version / mobile version for scanning ready when you arrive. Each pod member will be issued with a ticket with an individual barcode. 

  • When purchasing a ticket you must include the name and contact details for a lead contact for your pod for contact tracing details.

  • This ticket is non-transferable. If you wish to change the name on the lead contact for your ticket, you must contact TakeYourSeats at info@takeyourseats.ie to change the lead contact name for your pod. 

  • Please bring photo ID, the lead contact ticket holder’s name and ID must match.

  • Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms.

  • In the event of an incident of COVID-19, we are obliged, under HSE guidelines, to share the following information with the HSE for contact tracing purposes: your name, the date of your visit,  a contact telephone number,  the number of guests in your party (pod).

  • Information of the lead contact may be shared with the HSE for up to 28 days following your visit. Please note that no other information will be shared by the company with the HSE and it will be deleted within three months of your visit unless you request otherwise.

  • All audience members are required to remain socially distant from other pods / tables.

  • Gates will open at 12 noon, the first act is on at 13:00 and the last act will finish at 21:30.

  • Last entry is at 8pm, the last act will finish at 9.30pm

  • Tickets are non-refundable, unless in the event of government restrictions on outdoor events / mass gatherings due to Covid 19 that prevent the event from going ahead, in which case a full refund will be issued by our ticketing partner TakeYourSeats to the person who purchased the pod ticket.

  • By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to adhere to our Covid 19 Policy and Procedures and any further Covid 19 policies or procedures that are put in place at the time of the event, if government guidelines for the presentation of outdoor festivals and live events change.

  • Patrons must abide by the directions of the stewarding and security team, failure to do so may result in eviction.

  • Please leave the venue quietly and use bins provided and ‘leave no trace’.
