THANK YOU for booking your ticket for CoisCéim Dance Theatre’s IN THE MAGIC HOUR, presented as part of Brightening Air. As our guest, your wellbeing is very important to us. CoisCéim has worked closely with all listed venues in accordance with Irish Government and Health Safety Executive recommendations on COVID-19, to create the conditions for a safe, comfortable experience for all audience members.
All venues are outdoors. We would ask that you arrive on time, to ensure a safe physically distanced entry into the handball alley spectator/audience area. CoisCéim will provide face masks for your convenience.
In line with the guidelines, we will ask you for confirmation of contact details from all individual audience members or one audience member who is part of a household.
CoisCéim staff will direct you to your personal viewing area and will be available onsite if you have any questions. While all CoisCéim staff will be wearing face coverings, the smile and warm welcome are still very much there. In the event of an incident of COVID-19, CoisCéim is obliged, under HSE guidelines, to share the following information with the HSE for contact tracing purposes:
● your name
● the date of your visit
● a contact telephone number
● the number of guests (tickets) in your party
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms.
This information may be shared with the HSE for up to 28 days following your visit. Please note that no other information will be shared by the company with the HSE and it will be deleted within three months of your visit unless you request otherwise.
Face coverings (as per public health guidelines) are mandatory and a condition of entry to the outdoor video installation in-line with Government guidelines.
At the end of the presentation, a one-way system will be used to direct the audience safely back to the car park.
Before you arrive, you should know:
