Thank you for booking your ticket for Brú Theatre’s Ar Ais Arís experience, presented as part of Brightening Air | Coiscéim Coiligh. As our guest for this presentation, your safety and comfort are paramount to us. Brú Theatre has worked closely with all listed venues in accordance with Irish Government and Health Safety Executive recommendations on COVID-19, to assure our audience’s safety.

For your comfort, we aim for all of our presentations to take place outside of the associated venues listed.

Thanks to our time slot booking procedure, we safely welcome a maximum of 6 audience members per session. We request that you arrive 15 minutes in advance to ensure a safe socially distance queuing system before entering the presentation area.

At the top of the socially distanced queue, Brú Theatre will provide hand sanitisers for your convenience. We will request confirmation of contact details from all individual audience members or one audience member who is part of a household. Brú Theatre staff will be available onsite if you have any questions. While all Brú Theatre staff will be wearing face coverings their smile and warm welcome is still very present. In the event of an incident of COVID-19, Brú Theatre is obliged, under HSE guidelines, to share the following information with the HSE for contact tracing purposes:

· your name

· the date of your visit

· a contact telephone number

· the number of guests (tickets) in your party

This information may be shared with the HSE for up to 28 days following your visit. Please note that no other information will be shared by the venue with the HSE.

As this is a Virtual Reality experience, sterile headsets and earphones will be used by all members of the audience. Rest assured that all equipment used including the seats provided will go through a stringent ‘Deep Clean’ process after every presentation to assure that the highest standard protection from COVID is afforded to all audience members.

Face coverings (as per public health guidelines) are mandatory and a condition of entry to the presentation (indoor or outdoor).

At the end of the presentation, a one-way system will be used to direct the audience safely back to the car park. We will ask all visitors to wear a face-covering while visiting The Ar Ais Arís experience. In-line with Government guidelines.

If the presentation as a gallery piece is moved indoors:

In the event of weather conditions making an outdoor presentation impractical, the gallery presentation will be held indoors. If this exceptional circumstance arises, Brú Theatre ensures the comfort and safety of our audience by adhering to the following guidelines;

· The venue space will be risk assessed prior to its use, all indoor areas have been chosen to leave ample room for all participants to comfortably socially distance (2 meters) and be well ventilated with fresh air in accordance with government guidelines.

· The performance will last 20 minutes.

· A one-way system will in place and once the presentation is complete all audience members will be asked to vacate the building through said one-way system for the safety of the audience, crew and venue staff alike.

Before you arrive, you should know:

We are following all HSE and Government guidelines. By booking a ticket to attend Ar Ais Arís. You will be asked to confirm in advance in the days prior to the event;

· have symptoms of COVID-19.

· are self-isolating or restricting their movements.

· are waiting results of a COVID-19 test.

· have recently returned from travel abroad.

All audience members must follow and comply with the latest Government rules and regulations in relation to travel between counties, as well as travel into Ireland from abroad. The latest guidelines can be viewed on the gov.ie website. We regret we cannot admit any visitors who are found to have contravened these rules. Please download the HSE Contact tracing App.

Ticket re-sale will not be permitted for contact tracing purposes. Individuals who do not wish to attend shall be requested to cancel their booking to release the tickets to general booking, including individuals experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
